Lead time for processing an order is typically 1-2 weeks, subject to quantity and peak seasons. Do note that lead time for corporate/bulk orders (ie >25 pcs per order) will be longer and this will be conveyed through your communications with our Sales Team (see: Corporate/Bulk Orders).

Customers may opt for local pick-up at SPD Ability Centre or delivery at the Cart page upon payment. For local pick-up, an email will be sent with details for collection. 

Individuals or Companies may order our products for various purposes- door gifts, internal gift exchanges, gift for GOHs at events and etc. Please email us at [email protected] with the following details and we will get in touch with you.

For real leather/upcycled leather products, they will be packed in a white muslin bag.  For PU leather products, they will be packed in a resealable brown paper bag. All of our packaging comes with our SPD Artisan Collab logo and a greeting card depicting the work and story of the Artisans. 

Our handbound journals also include a book sleeve wrapped around the journals with a description about our book binders.

We strive to provide quality service throughout the order process, but in the unlikely event that this happens, please send us an email at [email protected] with your #order number and a brief description and/or photo. We will strive to rectify your problem as quickly as possible.

Please allow for some difference in colour shade, due to the varying screen calibrations on different computer screens.

The irregularities, slight scratches and/or marks you may see on some of our leather products are natural characteristic of leather from animal hides, or from the upcycling process for upcycled leather. They are therefore not defective pieces but rather natural characteristic of leather products. Should your leather develop scratches upon usage, you may apply a small amount of leather oil or conditioner to a cloth for cleaning.
